From Woodbridge:

Follow the A12 from Woodbridge towards Lowestoft. The road will change to a dual carriageway
after approximately 2 miles. Take the first exit signposted to Wickham Market.

Turn left towards Wickham Market and after a few 100 metres you will see the Three Tuns pub
on left. Turn left here just before the pub.

Follow the road straight through the village, past the village green on the left and Home Farm
on the right.

Grove House and Stables is the next house after approximately 1/4 mile on the right.
The House is a cream farmhouse with white railings and the Stables is the next gate on the
right.

From Lowestoft:
Follow the A12 towards Ipswich and leave at the unction signposted Wickham Market.

Follow the road through Wickham Market towards Ufford. Afer approximately 3/4 mile you will
see the Three Tuns pub on the right. Take the right turning immediatley after the pub. Follow
the road straight through the village, past the village green on the left and Home Farm on the
right.

Grove House and Stables is the next house after approximately 1/4 mile on the right.
The House is a cream farmhouse with white railings and the Stables is the next gate on the
right.
